1. Website Operator

For the purposes of these Terms, “Grey Universe,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Grey Universe Ltd.

2. Nature of Your Contribution

THE KAISER is an independent film project.

Payments made through the contribution page are intended to financially support the creation, completion, improvement, post-production, distribution and other activities associated with the Film.

In recognition of this support, contributors receive certain digital perks depending on the contribution tier selected.

The use of the words “contribution,” “donation,” “support” or similar terminology in these Terms does not limit or exclude any mandatory rights that a consumer may have under applicable law.

Your contribution is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions or recurring payments associated with either contribution tier.

3. Contribution Tiers

Two contribution tiers are currently available.

€20 Full HD

A €20 contribution includes:

• THE KAISER in Full HD 1080p
• A digital poster collection consisting of at least three digital posters
• Contributor’s submitted name in the Film credits, subject to these Terms and the applicable deadline
• Contributor’s submitted name on the THE KAISER Supporters Wall, unless the contributor chooses to remain anonymous

€25 4K

A €25 contribution includes:

• THE KAISER in 4K resolution
• A digital poster collection consisting of at least three digital posters
• Contributor’s submitted name in the Film credits, subject to these Terms and the applicable deadline
• Contributor’s submitted name on the THE KAISER Supporters Wall, unless the contributor chooses to remain anonymous

The contribution amount displayed at checkout includes applicable taxes charged by Grey Universe.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By completing a contribution, you authorize the applicable payment amount to be charged through the payment method selected at checkout.

Grey Universe does not directly store complete payment-card information processed by Stripe.

Your contribution does not enroll you in any subscription or recurring payment arrangement.

5. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable under consumer law, including applicable European Union consumer-protection legislation, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date the contribution contract is concluded, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must communicate a clear statement of your decision to withdraw to:

Your notice must be sent before the applicable 14-day withdrawal period expires.

You may state, for example:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contribution agreement relating to THE KAISER.”

Please include sufficient information for us to identify your transaction, such as your name, email address used for the contribution and transaction/order information where available.

Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, Grey Universe will refund the applicable payment in accordance with mandatory law, generally using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

6. Digital Content and Loss of Withdrawal Right

THE KAISER and the associated digital posters constitute digital content supplied without a tangible medium.

Where Grey Universe begins supplying digital content during an applicable statutory withdrawal period, and where required by applicable law, the contributor will be asked to expressly consent to commencement of supply and acknowledge that commencing supply may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Once digital delivery has begun under circumstances in which applicable law provides that the right of withdrawal is lost, the contributor will no longer have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract on that basis.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Refunds

Except for the 14-day statutory withdrawal right described above and any other circumstances in which applicable law requires otherwise:

Contributions are non-refundable except where a refund, withdrawal, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

A change of mind after expiration or lawful loss of an applicable withdrawal right does not create an entitlement to a refund.

Failure to download the Film during the stated availability period does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer remedies available under applicable law.

8. Delivery of the Film

The planned digital delivery window for THE KAISER is:

November 21–28, 2026

Contributors will receive delivery instructions at the email address provided when making their contribution.

Delivery of the Film is independent of whether the planned International Motor Film Awards premiere or screening takes place.

References on the Website to the Film's planned international premiere at the International Motor Film Awards in Hollywood are informational and do not make delivery conditional upon that event taking place or the Film being screened there.

9. Possible Delivery Delays

Grey Universe intends to deliver the Film during the November 21–28, 2026 delivery window.

However, circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. These may include technical failures, hosting issues, legal or regulatory requirements, rights-related matters, cybersecurity incidents, force majeure, platform failures or other exceptional circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, affected contributors will be informed of a material delay.

A delay does not waive any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Method of Delivery

The Film will be supplied through a private, password-protected digital download link sent to the email address provided by the contributor.

The link will remain available for 60 days from the date on which it is delivered, unless otherwise stated in the delivery email.

The contributor is responsible for downloading and securely storing their copy during this period.

After the 60-day period, Grey Universe is not obligated to maintain the original download link indefinitely, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Contributors should ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct and accessible.

11. Personal Use Licence

Receiving a digital copy of THE KAISER does not transfer ownership of the Film or any intellectual-property rights in the Film.

The contributor receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and view the Film for personal, private and non-commercial use only.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Grey Universe, contributors may not:

• Upload the Film or any part of it to any website, social-media platform, video-sharing service, cloud-sharing service, torrent network or other publicly or privately accessible distribution platform
• Share the Film, download link or password with other persons
• Reproduce or distribute copies of the Film
• Sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Film
• Organize unauthorized public screenings
• Broadcast or transmit the Film
• Extract and redistribute scenes, sequences, audio, frames or other substantial portions of the Film
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security or access-control mechanisms
• Make the Film or any part of it available to third parties without authorization

The personal copy supplied to the contributor is intended solely for that contributor’s lawful private use.

12. Copyright and Unauthorized Distribution

THE KAISER and its associated audiovisual materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Unauthorized copying, uploading, sharing, redistribution, public exhibition or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

If Grey Universe reasonably determines that a contributor has illegally distributed, uploaded, shared or otherwise made the Film available to unauthorized third parties, Grey Universe reserves the right, where legally permitted, to:

• Immediately revoke or disable access to the Film
• Disable associated download links or credentials
• Refuse replacement access credentials
• Preserve relevant evidence of the infringement
• Issue copyright takedown notices
• Seek injunctive relief
• Seek compensation or damages where available
• Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law

Revocation of access resulting from a contributor’s material violation of these copyright restrictions does not itself entitle the contributor to a refund, subject always to mandatory applicable law.

13. Digital Poster Collection

Eligible contributors will receive at least three digital THE KAISER posters.

The posters are supplied for personal, private and non-commercial use.

Unless separately authorized in writing, contributors may not sell, redistribute, sublicense or commercially reproduce the posters, manufacture merchandise using them, or otherwise exploit them commercially.

All applicable intellectual-property rights remain with their respective rights holders.

14. Film Credit

Eligible contributors may have the name submitted during the contribution process included in the Film credits.

To guarantee eligibility for inclusion in the Film credits, the contribution and applicable name submission must be completed no later than:

November 1, 2026

Contributions made after November 1, 2026 may still receive the other applicable digital perks, but inclusion in the final Film credits cannot be guaranteed.

The contributor is responsible for entering the name they wish to appear in the credits accurately.

15. Submitted Names

Grey Universe reserves the right to reasonably edit, abbreviate, reject or omit a submitted name where necessary, including where the submitted name:

• Contains offensive, hateful, obscene or defamatory language
• Appears intended primarily as political or commercial advertising
• Infringes or appears to infringe third-party rights
• Impersonates another person
• Contains inappropriate links or promotional material
• Could reasonably expose Grey Universe or the Film to legal liability
• Is technically unsuitable for inclusion in the Film credits or Supporters Wall

Minor formatting changes may also be made for consistency with the Film’s credit design.

16. Supporters Wall

Eligible contributors may have the name submitted during checkout displayed on THE KAISER Supporters Wall.

The Supporters Wall may be publicly accessible through the Film’s Website or associated official digital properties.

Contributors may choose to remain anonymous.

If a contributor elects not to have their name displayed publicly or included in the credits, they will still receive the applicable downloadable digital perks associated with their contribution tier.

17. Right to Modify the Film

THE KAISER remains a creative work in production and/or finalization until its final release.

Grey Universe retains full creative discretion, subject to applicable rights and contractual obligations, to edit, modify or otherwise alter the Film before release.

Changes may include, without limitation:

• Editing
• Runtime
• Scenes or sequences
• Dialogue
• Visual effects
• Sound design
• Music
• Colour grading
• Titles
• Credits
• Graphics
• Technical specifications
• Resolution or encoding characteristics
• Other creative or technical elements

A contributor does not acquire creative control, approval rights or editorial influence over the Film by making a contribution.

18. Project Changes, Postponement or Cancellation

Grey Universe reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend or, where necessary, cancel aspects of THE KAISER project where circumstances reasonably require it.

Such circumstances may include legal requirements, rights issues, technical circumstances, force majeure, security concerns, production circumstances or other matters materially affecting the Film.

If a material change, cancellation or inability to supply the promised digital content gives a contributor a right to a refund, price reduction, termination or another remedy under mandatory applicable law, nothing in these Terms excludes that right.

19. Technical Requirements

Contributors are responsible for having compatible hardware, software, internet access and sufficient storage capacity to download and view the supplied digital file.

The Film may be supplied using commonly used video formats and codecs appropriate for Full HD or 4K delivery.

The 4K tier requires hardware capable of appropriately decoding and displaying the supplied 4K file.

Grey Universe cannot guarantee identical playback performance across every device, operating system, media player, display or hardware configuration.

20. Independent Production Disclaimer

THE KAISER is an independent production.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Film, Grey Universe Ltd., the Website and this contribution campaign are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or officially connected with Michael Schumacher, the Schumacher family, their representatives, Formula 1, Formula One Management, Formula One Group, the FIA, Ferrari, Scuderia Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, or any other individual, team, organization, company or rights holder depicted, referenced or discussed in connection with the Film.

References to individuals, organizations, events, trademarks, teams or brands do not by themselves imply endorsement, sponsorship or official association.

All third-party trademarks, names and other protected rights remain the property of their respective owners.

21. Email Communications

By making a contribution, you authorize Grey Universe to use the email address supplied during checkout for communications reasonably necessary to fulfil the contribution.

These communications may include:

• Payment or contribution confirmation
• Film delivery
• Download instructions and passwords
• Digital perk delivery
• Important changes to delivery
• Technical or security notices
• Communications relating to submitted credits or supporter information
• Other transactional communications necessary to fulfil the contribution

Making a contribution does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails or newsletters.

Marketing communications, where offered, will require separate consent where required by applicable law.

22. Accuracy of Information

Contributors are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.

Grey Universe is not responsible for delivery failures caused solely by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible email information supplied by the contributor.

23. Availability Worldwide

Contributions are intended to be accepted worldwide where legally and technically possible.

However, Grey Universe reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions where required by applicable sanctions, financial regulations, payment-provider restrictions, legal requirements or other regulatory obligations.

Availability of Stripe or particular payment methods may vary by country.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grey Universe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable remedies concerning non-conforming digital content.

25. Force Majeure

Grey Universe will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations where performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental actions, changes in law, widespread infrastructure failures, major internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, strikes, epidemics, technical failures outside Grey Universe’s reasonable control or comparable extraordinary circumstances.

This provision does not exclude mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

26. Changes to These Terms

Grey Universe may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in law, payment systems, delivery methods, security requirements or the operation of the Film project.

Material changes will not retroactively remove contractual or mandatory consumer rights already acquired through a completed contribution.

The version applicable at the time of a contributor’s transaction will generally govern that transaction, except where a later change is required by law or expressly accepted by the contributor.

27. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law and cannot legally be excluded by contract.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right a consumer may have to bring a dispute before a competent court where such right is provided by mandatory applicable law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, where legally possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the contribution tier selected at checkout and any mandatory information provided during the checkout process, constitute the terms governing the contributor’s contribution and associated digital perks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes representations or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
